Covid Policy

Our company has implemented the following changes to provide a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized unit for each guest’s arrival:

  • On top of systematically cleaning every unit between guests’ stays, we’re now cleaning our units with CDC-approved cleaning agents to ensure all surfaces are disinfected thoroughly.
  • Use of Microban cleaning spray in high touch areas which continues to disinfect for 24 hours
  • All hard surfaces are cleaned with sanitizing/disinfecting cleaners
  • All high traffic touch areas (doorknobs, doors, light switches, etc.) are disinfected and wiped thoroughly
  • Staff members don masks and gloves while cleaning the unit for your arrival
  • All linens are completely replaced between stays and washed in a laundry facility, not the apartment
  • Staff members wear fresh gloves to make beds and fold all bathroom linens
  • Our laundry room staff members wear gloves while laundering all linens
  • Departing guests are also asked that if they contract the virus during their stay with us or experience symptoms to inform our company. This request is made as a precaution for both our staff and for incoming guests. If a departing guest contracts COVID-19 during their stay, that unit is left vacant for an extended period of time, until it can safely be thoroughly disinfected by our staff.

In addition to the above, keep in mind you’ll never have to come in contact with our staff to check into our units. A lockbox containing the key is placed on each unit’s front door handle, which you will access upon arrival. Lastly, all of our units have exterior entrances so you will not have to enter a busy lobby or hallway just to gain access to your apartment.
