EQUITANA USA invites equestrian professionals and enthusiasts of all riding levels and ages, disciplines, and breeds to gather for a three-day celebration of the horse through education, entertainment, instruction, and shopping.
A combination of seminars, clinics, and trainings, the EQUITANA USA Education Program will broaden your understanding of all things related to horse care and riding, while opening doors to new disciplines and fun.
EQUITANA USA will take place at The Kentucky Horse Park, North America’s premier equestrian facility, located in Lexington, Kentucky and just minutes from downtown Lexington. The park is home to the famous Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, Breyerfest, USEF Pony Finals, the Thoroughbred Makeover, the National Horse Show, and endless horse shows of all disciplines.
Horseback riding and pony rides will be available at the Kentucky Horse Park during EQUITANA USA. Guests can schedule their ride at the visitor center on a first-come-first-serve basis on the day of the ride. They do not have advance reservations due to the chance of inclement weather.
Red Mile Race Track

The greatest Trotting race in the United States is being held at the RED MILE Race track. This is the final leg in the Harness Racing Triple Crown series. The Trotting Triple Crown consists of the Yonkers Trot (July 2) , the Hambletonian (Aug. 7) at The Meadowlands and the Kentucky Futurity at The Red Mile (Oct. 10). The last to win all three was Marion Marauder in 2016.

The Keeneland Fall Meet begins on Friday, October 8th and runs through Saturday, October 30th. Typically, the Fall season always starts on the first Friday in October through the last Saturday in October.
